SMS Program

1. Who texts you

Effirity SRL operates BusyTruck at busytruck.io. If you opt in, Effirity SRL is the sender of BusyTruck text messages. BusyTruck is the product name, not a separate company. We do not send SMS for other companies, brokers, or affiliates.

2. What we send

This program is transactional only. If you opt in, we may send:

Authentication — one-time login and verification codes when you choose SMS sign-in;
Load / account alerts — matching loads and pickup or delivery updates you asked to receive.

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Frequency varies: login codes only when you request one; alerts when your freight activity warrants. Message and data rates may apply.

3. How you opt in

Consent is collected only on portal.busytruck.io/portal/register. Creating an account does not subscribe you to SMS. You may optionally enter a mobile number and check this box. It is not required to create an account or to use BusyTruck, and it is not granted by accepting the Terms:

I agree to receive text messages from BusyTruck (Effirity SRL) at the number provided, including login/verification codes and load or account alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional — you can sign in with email instead.

4. How you opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any BusyTruck text to unsubscribe from login codes and load alerts. You will get one confirmation. After that, use email to sign in.

5. Privacy

We use your number only for login codes and load or account alerts. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details: Privacy Policy.
